These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of products through our e-shop. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to these T&C.

Please read them carefully before placing an order.

 

1. General Information​

INDIRACING z.s. is the seller and contractual partner for all purchases.

1.2 Platform and Service Providers

  • Our website is hosted on Wix, which provides secure hosting, site functionality, and payment processing tools.

  • Order production and shipping are handled by Printful, a print-on-demand fulfillment provider.

  • Payment processing may be handled by Wix Payments, Stripe, or other supported payment providers.

Wix also provides a GDPR-compliant Cookie Consent Manager, which ensures that optional cookies are only activated after explicit consent in accordance with EU and Czech law.

 

2. Products and Services​

2.1 Made-to-Order Goods

  • All INDI CREW products are made to order unless explicitly stated otherwise.
    Each item is produced only after your order is submitted.

2.2 Product Information

  • Each product page includes details on: materials, variations, sizing and pricing. Please check all information carefully before placing your order.

2.3 Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

 

3. Ordering and Contract Formation​

3.1 How to Place an Order

  • A purchase contract is formed when:

  1. You add products to your cart

  2. Proceed to checkout

  3. Enter the required information

  4. Review the order summary

  5. Submit your order, and

  6. Receive an email confirmation from us​

Before submitting the order, you may review and correct any information you entered.

3.2 Payment Methods

  • We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • American Express

  • Maestro​

Payments are processed securely via Wix Payments or Stripe.​

3.3 Contract Language and Storage

  • Contracts are concluded in English.

  • We do not archive individual contracts for customer access, but you may request a copy via email.

  • Order confirmation emails include key contract information.

 

4. Delivery​

4.1 Fulfillment

  • Orders are produced and shipped by Printful from the facility closest to your delivery address.

4.2 Delivery Timeframes and Costs

  • Delivery times and costs depend on your location and chosen shipping method. For detailed information, please visit our FAQ page.

4.3 Customs Duties

  • International deliveries may incur customs duties or import taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer.

4.4 Delivery Responsibility

Even though Printful manufactures and ships the items, INDIRACING z.s. remains legally responsible for ensuring proper delivery under EU and Czech consumer protection law.

 

5. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty​

5.1 Made-to-Order Restriction

Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of our products:

  • Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for reasons such as incorrect size, color, style, or personal preference.

  • Please review sizing guides and product details carefully before ordering.

5.2 EU Withdrawal Rules

Normally, EU consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right.

  • However, under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU and § 1837(d) of the Czech Civil Code, the withdrawal right does not apply to:

  • goods made to the consumer’s specifications

  • personalized or produced-to-order items

  • All INDI CREW products fall under this exemption.

5.3 Damaged or Defective Products (Warranty)

If you receive a defective, misprinted, or damaged item:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery

  • Provide photos and your order number

After assessment, we will:

  • send a replacement at no cost, or

  • issue a refund​

​

This does not affect your 2-year statutory warranty under Czech law for manufacturing defects.​

​

5.4 Unreceived Orders

If an order does not arrive:

  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days after the expected delivery date.

5.5 Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, worn, or personalized goods cannot be returned unless defective.

5.6 Fulfillment Partner Policies

We cooperate with Printful for production-related issues; however, all consumer rights and obligations are exercised through INDIRACING z.s.
