Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution Policy

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaint process, consumers have the right to seek out-of-court dispute resolution.

We handle complaints according to Czech consumer protection law and aim to resolve them within 30 days.

In accordance with Act No. 634/1992 Coll. on Consumer Protection:

The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce – ČOI) is the competent authority for alternative dispute resolution.
