Return and Refund Policy

1. Made-to-Order Products
1.1 All products sold on the INDI CREW e-shop are made to order, customized based on customer specifications such as size, color, and design.
1.2 Due to the personalized nature of these products, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted for reasons such as personal preference, incorrect size, or color selection.
2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Notification)
2.1 Under Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

Sealed goods that are unsealed after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
2.2 As such, INDI CREW products are exempt from the EU 14-day withdrawal right when they are customized or made to order.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
3.1 If your order arrives damaged or defective, you may request a replacement or a refund within 30 days of delivery. To process claims, photographic evidence of the damage or defect may be required.
3.2 If the issue is verified, we will:

Provide a replacement free of charge, or
-
Issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
4. Undelivered Orders
4.1 Claims for undelivered orders must be submitted within 30 days after the expected delivery date.
4.2 If an order is returned due to a carrier error or an invalid address, Printful will reship the order after confirmation of the correct address. Reshipping costs may apply depending on the circumstances.
5. Printful Fulfillment Policies
5.1 All orders are fulfilled by Printful. Their terms and policies apply to the production and shipping processes. For more details, refer to Printful's policies at: https://www.printful.com/policies/terms-of-service.
5.2 By placing an order with INDI CREW, you acknowledge and agree to comply with both our Return and Refund Policy and Printful’s fulfillment terms.
6. General Conditions
6.1 Customers are responsible for double-checking order details, including sizes, colors, and shipping information, before finalizing their purchases.
6.2 Returns or refunds for opened, used, or non-defective items cannot be processed.
7. Governing Law and Disputes
7.1 This policy is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and complies with applicable EU consumer protection regulations.
7.2 In case of disputes, we encourage customers to contact us directly for resolution. If no agreement is reached, you may seek out-of-court dispute resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce).
